Craft day at Karla's

Vicki had sent Karla some crafty secrets shadow box die cut outs and some of their little creative scraps to play with on craft day. We all had fun making our little vintage pieces and Karla even had some goodies for us to play with. (You can click on the pictures to make them bigger.)
I used some Spanish moss, little pieces of crafty secrets, old vintage papers and some little keys. The angle isn't the best and I didn't have the fancy camera with me. It's covered in glitter and glimmer mist but it's hard to photograph that.
Karla added a wee little frozen Charlotte, and some vintage goodies along with some crafty secrets too.
Mary's creation. I love her images she used. Check out her blog and etsy if you get a chance. She has some beautiful images!!!
Marilyn had a birdy theme which was adorable. I wish I had gotten better pictures. The middle of her flowers are little tiny sparkly pieces.
Beth used purple and green and it just really turned out pretty! She added some millinery flowers and some crafty secrets too. If you look close you can see how we all used the cut out's differently.

We spent the day crafting and eating. Eating has been a big part of crafting now well it really always has been but since I've been pregnant the girls have let me try new recipes and set the theme. This time we had lasagna, bruchetta, mozzarella and cheese salad, cheese crisps and cheese spread and some homemade cherry pie. It was out of this world. (No pictures I was to hungry to take pictures before we ate.)

Hopefully we'll be able to have another craft day before baby comes. If not this boy is going to have to learn to like glitter :) oh and eating.

Make sure to go visit the girls blogs, if you google friend them they have some excellent giveaways! Back to laundry and nesting. :)
